Getting started
Tap Snap and photograph any everyday object. The AI reads its physical properties and mints a card with a class, element, stats and abilities. Snap four objects to unlock battles — or try the guided tutorial battle earlier with loaner cards.
My photo was rejected
SnapBattler only creates cards from real, physical objects. These are blocked on purpose:
- Photos containing people or animals (blocked on your device, before any upload).
- Photos of a screen, a printed photo, a poster or a magazine page.
A rejected or failed snap never costs you a daily snap.
Snaps, Coins and packs
- You get 10 free snaps a day, plus one more for every 5 account levels (up to 20).
- Over-cap snaps cost Coins. You can also buy a Snap Refill in the Store.
- Coins are earned by battling and completing daily quests. Buying Coins is optional.
- Pack drop odds are shown in the Store before you buy.
Purchases
- My purchase didn't arrive. Coins are credited by our server a few seconds after Apple confirms the payment. If they haven't appeared after a minute, close and reopen the app. If they still haven't, email us with your receipt.
- Refunds. All App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- Restore purchases. Coin bundles are consumable and are credited once, so there is nothing to restore. Cosmetic items stay attached to your account.
Cards and decks
- Delete a card: open it from your Collection and tap Delete. If the card has a frame equipped, you get back 50% of the frame's value in Coins.
- Multiple decks: build up to 8 saved decks and pick one before any battle.
- Cards can't be bought. They only come from your own photos.
Account and data
- Guest vs. sign-in. Guest progress lives on that device only. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your collection across devices.
- Delete my account. Open Profile in the app and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to sign in again to confirm it is really you, then your profile, cards, photos, coins and battle record are erased for good. There is no undo, and Coins you bought are not refunded. If you can't sign in, email us instead.
